We will copy your finished files to a new USB drive and ship it to you for a flat $25. Return shipping for original media is separate.

    Choose what you have

    Tell us how many photos and VHS or VHS-C tapes you are sending. Checkout covers every photo batch and the first hour of each tape.

    Ship or drop off

    You pay to ship your originals to TOAD. Local handoff is available by appointment in Central Ohio.

  3. 03

    We digitize and verify

    We count the photos, capture the recorded tape time, and contact you before charging for any additional tape hours.

  4. 04

    Download and decide

    Your private link is included. Choose paid return shipping, local pickup, or destruction and disposal of the originals.

Do not send nude or sexually suggestive images of minors.

This includes family bath-time photographs and videos, regardless of intent or sentimental value. We also refuse anything illegal to possess, reproduce, or distribute. If prohibited material is discovered, processing stops and suspected illegal material may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Before you seal the box.

Is shipping included?

No. You pay to ship originals to TOAD. If you want them returned, we bill the exact return-postage cost separately before shipping them back.

What happens if I do not want the originals back?

After delivery and the 30-day download window, originals marked for disposal are destroyed and discarded. That choice cannot be reversed.

How long do you keep my digital files?

Files are retained for 30 days after delivery, then deleted. Download them promptly and keep at least two backups.

Can I drop everything off locally?

Yes. Drop-off and pickup can be arranged by appointment in Central Ohio. The work location is not open for unscheduled visits.

What if my tape is longer than I estimated?

Checkout covers the first started hour of every tape. Any additional started hours are charged at $5 each before the finished files are delivered.
