TOAD collects only what is needed to accept, process, deliver, and account for your order.

Information we collect

The order form collects your name, email address, phone number, media quantities, delivery choices, and source-media return choice. Stripe collects payment and address information during checkout. TOAD does not receive or store your complete card number.

How we use it

We use customer information to process payment, coordinate shipping or local appointments, perform the requested conversion, deliver files, return or dispose of source media, answer support questions, prevent fraud, and maintain required business records.

Service providers

Order information may be processed by Cloudflare for website hosting and private file storage, Stripe for checkout and payment, our email provider for order communication, and the selected shipping carrier when physical delivery is requested. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms.

Customer media

Digitized files are stored privately and shared through time-limited links. Completed files are retained for 30 days after delivery and then deleted. TOAD does not sell customer information, use customer media for advertising, or publish customer media without separate written permission.

Security and limits

TOAD uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no shipping carrier, payment service, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your download link private and make your own backups promptly.
